You don't have to have anything figured out to begin. This is the road we'll walk together — six months, one honest step at a time. Before you start, walk it once with your eyes.
The first half goes down and in — waking up, seeing clearly, letting go. The second half comes up and out — healing, becoming, and being sent.
Like a pendulum: it swings back as far as it swung out. However far down this has taken you is exactly how far up it can carry you. Your lowest place is not the end of your story. It's the position the whole rescue depends on.
The first month is about waking up — gently. No fixing yet, no performing. We build trust, tell the truth about where you actually are, and you begin to see there's a different way to live than the one you've been surviving.
We name what's really going on — the tiredness, the searching, the ache — out loud and without shame. And you'll see from the start: this is a relationship, not a program.
This week’s reading The Light
“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn't overcome it.”John 1:5
Every cage starts with a voice we believed. We trace it back to the first lie you were ever told about yourself.
This week’s reading Who Told You · Shame & the Inner Critic
“Who told you that you were naked?”Genesis 3:11
The world hands you a backwards reflection of God's truth about love, worth, and success. You'll learn to spot the inversion and turn it back around.
This week’s reading The Source and the Reflection
“…they worshiped and served the creation rather than the Creator.”Romans 1:25
You can't move toward a God you've misread. You'll meet Him as He truly is — not the disappointed father or the cosmic scorekeeper you learned to fear.
This week’s reading Unmatched · The Heart of God
“To whom then will you compare me, that I should be like him?”Isaiah 40:25
Now we go deeper, and it gets honest. We look at the self you built to survive, where it came from, and what it has cost you. This is the descent — and it's safe, because you're not walking it alone.
The self you built to survive is not the self God made. We meet the mask gently — it once kept you safe — then admit it's become the cage.
This week’s reading The Empty Summit
“I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”Psalm 139:14
We expose the lies that have been running your life in the dark — the ones so old they feel like facts.
This week’s reading The Lies That Run Us · The Ultimate Deception
“You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”John 8:32
Where the voices came from — family, faith, old wounds. We honor your story without staying captive to it.
This week’s reading What You Inherited
“When my father and my mother forsake me, then Yahweh will take me up.”Psalm 27:10
Coping, numbing, and control are how we manage pain instead of healing it. We name your medicine so it loses its grip.
This week’s reading The Hungry Heart · The Nervous System
“…they have forsaken me, the spring of living waters, and cut out cisterns.”Jeremiah 2:13
However far this swung you out is how far it can swing you back. The bottom isn't where the story ends — it's the position everything good is about to be built on.
This week’s reading The Way Home
“Where sin abounded, grace abounded more exceedingly.”Romans 5:20
This is the turning point — where the direction of your life changes. Not by trying harder, but by an encounter with the One who already did the hard part.
The encounter that changes direction — being met by Christ on the road you're already on, and finding you don't have to keep white-knuckling your way forward.
This week’s reading Damascus
“Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?”Acts 9:4
He bore the forsakenness so you never would. This isn't abandonment — it's someone taking your place. You'll practice receiving a love you didn't and couldn't earn.
This week’s reading Forsaken, for You · Hands Down
“My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”Matthew 27:46
You'll set down the crosses that were never yours to carry — and pick up the one that is. Freedom isn't carrying nothing; it's finally carrying the right thing.
This week’s reading Which Cross Is Yours?
“My yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”Matthew 11:30
You were built to depend. Surrender isn't weakness or collapse — it's the original design finally working the way it was meant to.
This week’s reading Dependence by Design
“…apart from me you can do nothing.”John 15:5
The healing half begins. Your emotions were never the enemy — they're signals you were taught to ignore. Here you learn to feel again, on purpose, with God right in it.
Everyone is drinking from something. You'll meet Jesus at the well of your real thirst — the need underneath the want.
This week’s reading Journey to the Well
“…the water that I will give him will become…a well of water springing up to eternal life.”John 4:14
You can't heal what you can't name. Learning to feel and name your emotions is a spiritual discipline — and this is where the Yada app becomes a daily companion.
This week’s reading The Ground Floor of EQ
“Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us.”Psalm 62:8
The “negative” emotions have holy jobs. Anger guards what's valuable; grief honors what was lost. Stuffing them was never godliness.
This week’s reading Grief & Unmet Needs
“Be angry, and don't sin.”Ephesians 4:26
Forgiveness releases you, not them. The cross is what makes it possible — you forgive from fullness, not by pretending it didn't happen.
This week’s reading Journey to the Well
“…forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any.”Colossians 3:13
You'll learn to love people without carrying them. Real help builds capacity; over-helping keeps everyone small. Boundaries turn out to be an act of love.
This week’s reading Let Them Rise
“…each man will bear his own burden.”Galatians 6:5
This is the ascent — the part you couldn't have handled at the start. You'll discover who you actually are, and start living from it instead of striving for it.
Not a better version of the captive — someone new. And the power isn't yours; it's His, working through you. You create because the Creator lives in you.
This week’s reading Who You Are in Him
“…Christ in you, the hope of glory.”Colossians 1:27
You already are — so you can stop earning and start overflowing. The great reversal: be, then do, then have — instead of chasing it in the wrong order your whole life.
This week’s reading Nothing Left to Become
“…that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.”John 10:10
The transformed life isn't grim duty — it's joy and holy adventure walked with God. You'll reclaim play, desire, and wonder as gifts, not distractions.
This week’s reading The Campfire · Already on the Way
“…the joy of Yahweh is your strength.”Nehemiah 8:10
You were made to be known — by God and by safe people. The loneliness under all that competence is a signal, not a flaw.
This week’s reading Relational Intelligence
“…if we walk in the light…we have fellowship with one another.”1 John 1:7
Union, not just relationship. Abiding becomes a way of living instead of an event — you learn to live from God's presence rather than striving for it.
This week’s reading Electromagnetic Ketchup
“…that they may be one, even as we are one.”John 17:22
The last month is about carrying all of this into real life — your relationships, your rhythms, and then outward, to the people still stuck where you used to be.
You'll carry the transformation into your closest relationships — learning to relate as a whole person instead of two halves clinging, and to repair instead of rupture.
This week’s reading Meeting at the Well
“…a man will…be joined to his wife, and they will be one flesh.”Genesis 2:24
We weave the whole journey together and build the rhythms that make it last well past six months — so this becomes your new normal, not a season you look back on.
This week’s reading Living It · Self-Leadership
“…if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.”2 Corinthians 5:17
Freely you received; freely you give. The depth of your rescue becomes the height of someone else's hope. You're no longer the end of this story — you're a doorway out of it.
This week’s reading From Captive to Creator
“…who comforts us…that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction.”2 Corinthians 1:4
This whole journey rests on one truth: the power was never yours to manufacture. It's His, at work in you, for what He allows. You don't become a creator by trying harder — you become one because the Creator has come to live in you.
Now let's walk it together.
No pitch. A real conversation about your next step.
