Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or engaging in coaching services with Christ Centered Relationship Coaching ("CCRCoaching," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of Services

CCRCoaching provides faith-based life coaching services designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and relationship development. Our services include:

• One-on-one virtual coaching sessions via Zoom
• Between-session support via Voxer and email
• Session notes and homework exercises
• The Foundation Package (6 sessions / 1 month / $800)
• The Transformation Package (18 sessions / 3 months / $2,400)

2. Coaching Is Not Therapy

Life coaching is distinct from therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on personal growth, goal achievement, and forward movement. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition, medical condition, or psychological disorder.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, severe depression, trauma requiring clinical treatment, or any condition requiring licensed mental health care, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in coaching services, you agree to:

• Take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes
• Show up to scheduled sessions on time and prepared
• Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process
• Complete any agreed-upon homework or exercises between sessions
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule
• Communicate any concerns about the coaching relationship directly with your coach

4. Payment Terms

The Foundation Package ($800) is payable in full at the time of enrollment.

The Transformation Package ($2,400) is available in two payments of $1,200. The first payment is due at enrollment and the second payment is due 30 days after enrollment.

Payment is accepted via Stripe or other approved payment methods (Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, etc.). All fees are in US dollars.

Scholarship spots may be available for those who genuinely cannot afford full pricing. Please inquire during your discovery call.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your investment. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Discovery sessions are free of charge and carry no financial commitment
• If you are dissatisfied after your first paid session, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you in good faith to address your concerns
• Refunds are not available after the second session has been completed
• If we cancel or discontinue services for reasons within our control, you will receive a prorated refund for unused sessions

6. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice at no charge
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond our control
• If you miss 3 consecutive sessions without communication, we reserve the right to pause or terminate the coaching relationship

7. Confidentiality

All session content is held in strict confidence. We will not disclose the content of your sessions to any third party without your written consent, except:

• When required by law
• When there is reasonable belief of imminent risk of harm to you or others
• For supervision or consultation purposes (in which case your identity will be protected)

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, worksheets, and content provided during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of CCRCoaching. You may use these materials for your personal growth but may not reproduce, distribute, or share them publicly without written permission.

9. Testimonials & Feedback

By providing a testimonial or feedback, you grant CCRCoaching permission to use your words (with your first name or initials only) in marketing materials, on our website, and on social media. You may revoke this permission at any time by contacting us in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

CCRCoaching provides coaching services in good faith. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or transformations. Results vary depending on each individual's circumstances, commitment, and effort.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCRCoaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
