This disclaimer applies to all coaching services, website content, social media content, and communications provided by Christ Centered Relationship Coaching ("CCRCoaching"). Please read this carefully before engaging with our services.

1. We Are Life Coaches, Not Therapists

The coaches at CCRCoaching are trained life coaches, not licensed therapists, psychologists, counselors, social workers, or medical professionals. Our services constitute life coaching, which is a distinct and separate discipline from mental health treatment.

Life coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process designed to help individuals identify goals, break patterns, and create meaningful change. It is not a form of psychotherapy and does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders.

2. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

Nothing shared in our coaching sessions, on our website, or through any of our communications should be construed as medical advice, mental health advice, psychological treatment, or professional therapy.

If you are experiencing any of the following, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional before or in addition to coaching:

• Suicidal ideation or self-harm
• Severe depression or anxiety
• Trauma requiring clinical treatment (PTSD, complex trauma)
• Eating disorders
• Substance addiction
• Psychosis or severe mental illness
• Domestic violence situations requiring safety planning

Coaching is not a replacement for professional mental health care. It can, however, be a powerful complement to therapy when appropriate professional support is already in place.

3. Faith-Based Content

CCRCoaching integrates Christ-centered principles, biblical wisdom, and faith-based perspectives into the coaching process. This reflects our own worldview and approach.

Participation in our services does not require any particular religious belief or affiliation. Clients from varying spiritual backgrounds are welcome. That said, our coaching is openly and unapologetically grounded in a Christian framework. If this is not aligned with your values, we encourage you to consider whether our services are the right fit for you.

No content we share constitutes official theological instruction, pastoral counseling, or spiritual direction as defined by any particular denomination or religious body.

4. Results Disclaimer

We are deeply committed to supporting your growth and we believe in the process. However, we make no guarantee of specific results, outcomes, or transformations from our coaching services.

The results you experience will depend on many factors including your own commitment, effort, openness, consistency, and individual circumstances. Testimonials shared on our website or social media reflect the genuine experiences of specific individuals and are not a promise of similar results for every client.

While coaching sessions are held in confidence, we reserve the right to break confidentiality in the following circumstances:

• If you express a clear and imminent intention to harm yourself or others
• If we have reasonable belief that a child or vulnerable adult is in danger

7. Scope of Practice

Our coaches will always operate within the scope of life coaching and will refer you to appropriate professionals when a concern falls outside that scope. We take this responsibility seriously and your wellbeing is our highest priority.
